Art of the Song Interview!

May 31 | Posted by: Rebecca Loebe |

"Allow yourself to be filled up by the good things. Focus on the positive. If you are going to make it, you have to train your brain to be rewarded by what is positive and to not get sucked down into the muck of the negative, because there's a lot of muck. And there are a lot of people down in the muck. A lot of people focused on it and dwelling on the bad sides of things and that will pull you down. That will slow you down. It will weigh you down. So focus on the positive and stay bright. Don't accept anybody else's version of what's possible."

This is apparently something that I said during an interview with the folks over at Art of the Song. If you'd like to hear what the heck else I said (I'm curious), they're featuring my interview this week over on their website. Let's go check it out!
